I completed my PhD in statistics and population genetics in 2014. I developped Bayesian models and algorithms to analyse population genetics datasets. I especially worked on characterizing nonstationary patterns of genetic differentiation, or identifying footprints of local adaptation. Open source software implementing the methods such as LocalDiff and PCAdapt are available in the software section. My PhD was supervised by Michael Blum. I am now a postdoc in Monty Slatkin's lab. I am working on mathematical and statistical modeling in population genetics to analyze data in a space/time context. | ![]() |
